You will take around 30,000 breaths today. The question is… how many of them will you actually feel?

You don’t need to change all 30,000 breaths. A few conscious ones can change your entire day

What Becomes Possible After 30 Days:

Breathwork students who commit to a daily practice often report noticing shifts they didn’t expect.

Some find themselves:

    •    Reaching for their breath instead of their phone when stress hits

    •    Having more tools available when sleep won’t come

    •    Moving through their day with a little more space between reaction and response

    •    Feeling more connected to their body — even on hard days

    •    Simply breathing more fully, without having to think about it.

Results vary and depend on your unique body, history, and consistency with the practice. What tends to stay the same is this: the breath is always there. This course just helps you remember how to use it.

Yoga Therapist Natalie Stawsky

Hi, I’m Nati! After using yoga to heal from chronic back pain, I've dedicated my life to empowering others to actively participate in their own healing. As a Yoga Therapist, the most important thing for me is to make the practice safe, healing and accessible for everybody. I use different tools from coaching lifestyles changes, somatic practices, relaxation techniques, Transformational somatic breathwork and more, depending on the needs of the clients. My practice is Trauma Informed and my passion is creating positive environments that are self-paced and inclusive. My approach to teaching stems from the unique needs of each individual. My intention is to share with you how to live pain-free, improve sleep, manage stress, and build a new relationship with your body. Join me on this journey towards holistic well-being and discover your true potential.

Why I Created This Course

Last Year, my life became completely unpredictable. A mysterious illness brought pain, uncertainty, and a kind of disorientation I had never experienced before. The things I had always relied on — my routines, my work, my sense of what tomorrow would look like — were no longer available to me.

The only thing that remained constant was my breath.

I’m a yoga therapist. I’ve taught breathwork for years. And still, it wasn’t until everything else fell away that I truly understood what the breath is capable of. Not as a technique. Not as a practice. But as an anchor — something always present, always available, no matter what the body is going through.

This course was born from that time. Every practice in it is something I came back to myself, in the middle of uncertainty, when I needed it most. I offer it to you not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who knows firsthand what it means to come home to your breath when there is nowhere else to go.

Testimonials

Relief for Daily Stress

Debby K

Natalie is incredibly patient and knowledgeable. She creates such a safe, calming space and gently guides you through each movement in a way that helps your body and nervous system relax. I came in carrying a lot of stress and anxiety, and her approach helped me slow down, breathe, and feel more grounded. Not only has my pain improved, but I also feel calmer, more at ease, and better able to handle daily stress.

Susan M.

Before this course, I didn’t realize how disconnected I was from my body and my breathing. Living with PTSD, anxiety, and chronic insomnia, my nervous system always felt like it was on high alert. I struggled to relax, struggled to sleep, and honestly felt exhausted from constantly being in survival mode. Natalie’s approach to breathing felt completely different from anything I had tried before. It was gentle, grounding, and never overwhelming. Instead of forcing deep breaths or trying to ‘fix’ myself, I learned how to actually listen to my body and create moments of safety. The breathing practices helped me calm anxiety in real time, especially during stressful moments and at night when my mind would race. I began sleeping better, waking up less tense, and feeling more connected to myself throughout the day. What surprised me most was how something so simple could create such profound shifts in my nervous system. These practices became tools I could actually use in real life. This course gave me more than breathing exercises — it gave me a way to feel safer in my own body again.

From Breathing to Posture

Alfredo Cansino

My sessions with Natalie have been a true life-changing experience. After years of consulting with doctors and all kinds of professionals in the medical/healing fields -and spending countless hours of my time and thousands of dollars in the process- my daughter gifted me 10 sessions with Natalie. This is the first time I connected with a health professional right from the first minute; I could tell that she was really listening and knew what to do to help me recover from all my ailments. And we did. She's also an excellent motivator, and her uplifting personality helped me to stay on track and do not deviate from my path to healing. I had to unlearn and relearn a lot, from breathing to posture, and from everyday movements to nutrition, but the effort and time quickly paid off. I will continue working with her for the rest of my life. Very grateful to have found her.
