With over 25 years of teaching experience, Natalie is a yoga therapist and posture expert dedicated to promoting safety, healing, and empowerment through her work. Specializing in foot health, balance, and alignment, her personal journey with posture, feet, and pelvis issues highlighted the critical importance of addressing these foundational areas. Natalie’s work with posture and foot health inspired her to study the role of shoes in foot issues and explore how different cultures approach movement, footwear, and overall well-being. Through her integrative approach—combining somatic techniques, targeted yoga sequences, and posture therapy—many of her clients have been able to avoid invasive procedures such as bunionectomies. Her holistic methods empower individuals to improve mobility, reduce pain, and cultivate strength and confidence in their bodies and lives.
